I am available to provide suggestions and educating newparents so that they are fully confident in their abilities to care for their children. A postpartum doula is a professional trained to work with a new mother through the period after birth, sometimes called the fourth trimester. Unlike a baby nurse, a doula's focus is not solely on the baby, but on fostering independence for the entire family. The doula is as available to the father and older children as to the mother and the baby.

Part of my tasks are to assist with feedings, setting healthy sleep habits for babies, giving parents a chance to get meaningful rest so they are happy and healthy to take care of their baby and educating new parents so that they are fully confident in their abilities to care for their children.

Leticia got her first professional job working in a childcare facility with infants aged 5 weeks all the way up to 3 years old where she was responsible for up to 8 toddlers at a time.
She has over 18+ years of experience working with children and has worked with all ages from newborns to teenagers as an Early Childhood Educator and Nanny.
Leticia has always had a passion for working with children. She applies what she has learned in the training and courses to help children and parents better understand the growing and
learning process.
She volunteered at her youngest daughter’s school teaching Spanish to Kindergarten and First Grade.
